Please remember:
* All uniform, PE kit, coats and wellies should be labelled.
* Coats, filled water bottles and book bags should be in school everyday.
Year 1 and 2 are provided with free fruit daily that they can choose for a snack at playtime.

Visit to Staircase House
Last week we enjoyed a fabulous visit to Staircase House where we re-enacted the story of the Great Fire Of London. The children took on the roles of different characters and impressed us all with their knowledge and acting.

Walk to Bramhall
A couple of weeks ago, we walked to Bramhall village. In geography we have been finding out about routes and followed a route on a map. Whilst we were there we thought about places that we could use for our stories based on the book 'Katie in London'. This time, Katie and Jack were going to have adventures in Bramhall so we found places where they could go - a pizza in Trunk, read a book in the library or buy a ball in the toy shop.
Since our visit, we have planned and written stories about Katie and Jack's adventures - far more exciting than seeing the sights of London!
