Admission to Ladybrook Primary School and Nursery 

Thank you for visiting our admissions page. We are thrilled that you are considering Ladybrook as a nursery or school for your child. We know what a difficult decision it can be choosing a school and encourage to you to look around our website and to visit us if you are able. Admission to Ladybrook  Primary School (Reception)

We can accept up to 30 children into our reception class. Our admissions process is managed by Stockport MBC.  All applications are made online - you can find further details here. 

Most schools in Stockport have a geographical area around them called the catchment area. Every address in Stockport falls within the catchment area of one primary and one secondary school. The catchment area that you live in will determine your catchment school.

Your catchment school might not always be the nearest school to your address, but it will be in your locality.

Please note that the Local Authority does allocate places to pupils living outside the catchment area if not all places are filled by children in catchment.  

Admission to Ladybrook Nursery 

Admissions to our Nursery are managed by Stockport MBC.  Applications should be made at https://www.stockport.gov.uk/maintained-nursery-admissions

Stockport MBC offer allocates a 15 hour place in our Nursery.  Subject to availability, parents/carers can use 30 hour funding for a full time place or purchase additional hours. More detail about this can be found on our Nursery admissions page  

Our Before and After School Club is open to Nursery children but places are limited and cannot be guaranteed.
