All children need a waterproof coat with a hood as we go out in all weathers.

Autumn Term

Here are some photos of our first few weeks in Nursery.

Our Nursery activities.

A busy and wonderful Christmas time in Nursery. The children enjoyed writing letters to Father Christmas and posting them in the post box; what a lovely surprise when Father Christmas came to visit us! Nursery parents were very proud to watch their children joining in with some songs at are Christmas stay and play.

Nursery went on a trip to Skylark Forest. We did lots of fun outdoor learning. We even got to toast marshmallows on the fire... yum!

Snow fun in Nursery! What a wonderful time we had exploring with the ice and snow. We have found out so much about freezing and melting.

Nursery enjoyed celebrating Chinese New Year. We had a go at some writing, painting and even tasted some new foods.

Spring 1 has been a busy and fun-filled half term! We have been reading Harry's Home and the Runaway Pancake. We had a walk around the school grounds and look at different types of homes that people live in.

Summer 1 - Nursery have really enjoyed the introduction to our topic 'growing'. We have planted our own seeds and we are doing an excellent job looking after them. Nursery have investigated different types of seeds and tasted lots of new fruits and vegetables. We have read 'Oliver's Vegetables' and 'The Enormous Turnip'.
