Summer Term
Schools Linking visit 2
We had a brilliant trip to our link school. We were made very welcome and we enjoyed spending the day making and developing friendships and working as part of a team.
Crowden river visit
We had a fantastic day at Crowden finding out all about rivers. We explored the river, conducted experiments in the river and climbed a nearby hill so that we could see some of the features of a river. A lot of learning took place and we all really enjoyed our day.
Ancient Egypt
We visited Liverpool World Museum to learn more about Ancient Egypt. We had a great time handling artefacts and finding out about the mummification process.
Schools linking
What a fantastic day! We loved meeting our link class for the first time and being amazing hosts! We enjoyed playing games and completing challenges together to get to know each other. The thing we loved the most was making new friends! We can't wait to visit their school soon.
Here is the information that we shared at the welcome meeting.
Thank you to those parents who could attend our curriculum session to support reading. The presentation is attached if you would like to refer back to it and for those parents who were unable to attend.
