Ladybrook Primary School and Nursery
Ladybrook is 50 Years Old!!!
Ladybrook Primary School was opened in September 1970.
Although the actual anniversary date was September 2020 - due to the pandemic no prior planning was possible.
However, during our summer term this year the Ladybrook community found creative ways to celebrate the 50th year of the schools' existence amidst everything Covid related!
We spent a whole week focusing on ;
- The school's history through photographs and primary sources
- Each decade - toys, fashion and food
- Our PTA organised Ladybrook merchandise for the children and parents to purchase as a memento
- Finally we had a drone company take a photograph and video of all of us on the field!!
