Thursday 21st May

Hello everyone, what a beautiful day it was yesterday. I spent my morning doing some work and then at lunch time I went to see my Grandad on his drive way. He was feeling a little bit lonely and wanted to see a familiar face, so I sat at the end of his drive and he sat in his front garden and we had a nice chat in the sunshine. It really made his day... and mine! Have you been past your friends or families houses and had a wave?

In Google Classroom myself and Mrs Griffiths have put on a video of us telling a story. We have shared both in each other’s classroom, so Ducklings can watch me and Cygnets can watch Mrs Griffiths. Tomorrow you have a surprise as to who is reading the story!

Here are today's activities:

Reception-
● Today can the adults write down the key words below on pieces of paper and cut them out. Please make two sets. Ask your child to read these to you from their green book. Now put the two sets of words on the table and ask your child to match them up and tell you what
they say. Ask them to write them in their book without looking. If they can’t then let them have another look. Please ask your child to put each word into one sentence.
